FAQ's

Please allow 24-48 hours for email responses. We do not answer emails or ship during the weekends.

 All orders are shipped from Lima - Peru.
 
We use Serpost the Peruvian Postal Service.

All orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Following processing, all orders are followed up with a courtesy email notification. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us immediately to confirm we have received payment.

Once processed, all domestic (orders Peru and South America ) are shipped via  regular post service. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days from process date.

All international order from North America  are shipped via EMS Express Mail Service. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from process date ..

Europe - Australia- South Korea - England orders are shipped via EMS Express Mail Service. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from process date.

For your peace of mind, faster service, and in order to provide a tracking number, for all International orders shipped via Express International shipping. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from process date.

Delays in the mail are beyond our control .

Our products natural and  100% Organic, fresh, all-natural and have not in any way been chemically altered from their natural state.

Payments options

• MoneyBookers: this company take all major credicards .
• VisaNet : Verify by visa , Visa card
• Transfer to our bank:  Banco de Credito Del Peru
• Paypal
  
• Money order or western Union wire trasfer:  you need the name and phone numer of the receive person and  this information will be send by email.

Refund Policy

• All Order can be returned within 5 days of receipt of the order. If you returned an  order , your order need to be  send  by mail with the originall sealed package. The refund will be process within 14 days business days after we receive the packages.
• The refund will be minus shipping cost and administration cost .
• We do not accept returns of any item thas was returner more than 5 days after delivery and any item that is not in the original sealed condition , damaged , misising part or others .

Tracking order

• Once we ship your order , you will receive an email confirmation that your order has benn shipped. Please give a few days until the tracking number show in the systems

Products Legal in my  country

• All products we sell are legal in our country Peru , however we can not check or have the information from each country .
  It is your resonsability to check  before order . If you order from us than your order is 100 % done at your own risk.
• We do not give refunds and we are not responsibible if you order could be  held by customs.
• You can order any of our products,however you should note that some of our products may be restricted or requiere documentation or additional payments to customs destination . We recommend consult any information with the customos authorities from you country regarding any limitation of your orders.
